At Wear Anoka, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in producing and delivering quality products. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags included.

2. Return Process

  • To request a return, please contact us at support@wearanoka.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defect).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for defective products (subject to availability).

  • If the requested replacement is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
