1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags included.
2. Return Process

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defect).
3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Exchanges
